Contributions to HIPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to HIPAC are strictly voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without fear of reprisal. Any contribution guidelines or suggested giving levels provided to you are merely suggestions. You may contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest or nothing at all, and you will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Contributions to HIPAC will be used in connection with federal, state and local elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act and applicable state and local laws. Only U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens (i.e., ‘Green Card’ holders residing in the U.S.) may make, or be solicited for, contributions. Contributions must be made with personal funds and may not be expensed, reimbursed or paid by Honeywell or any other corporation or person. Federal law requires HIPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
